Job Responsibilities:
You will handle all inbound calls.
You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
The role involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them.

Hourly rate:
£12.21, plus uncapped commission(Starting salary of £25,396)
Various shifts patterns
Earliest shift would start would be 8am-latest shifts would be 9pm- later the start time, later the finish
