Description
- Manage and maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations relating to the Purchase Ledger.
- Support other members of the Accounting & Finance team as required.
Profile
- A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
Salary up to £25,000 per annum equivalent + minimum 4 month interim assignment + immediate start available + accessible central Sunderland location + hybrid working model + flexible working hours + possibility this role will be extended.
