About the role:Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and any queries they may have.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role, preferably in facilities management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
