Job Responsibilities:
- You will handle all inbound calls.
- You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
- You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
- The role involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them.

Salary:
Hourly rate:
£12.21, plus uncapped commission (Starting salary of £25,396)
Various shifts patterns
Earliest shift would start would be 8am-latest shifts would be 9pm- later the start time, later the finish
