We are working witha nation-wide, leading provider of HVAC solutions in Durham who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth in their HVAC division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the HVAC industry.
