Marketing Executive
Salary:Up to £35,000 + circa 10% bonus + excellent benefits
Location:Sunderland (Hybrid Working)
My client is a rapidly growing organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector across the UK. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join this business as a Marketing Executive.
Your role will be to assist in the implementation of the companys marketing strategy, driving strong interest in the companys services, generating leads to support their ambitious sales growth plans. You will jointly develop and maintain a full marcomms plan with the companys Marketing Manager whilst liaising with the wider lead generation and sales team. Youll stay on top of firm deadlines and run multiple campaigns, while pursuing new ideas and means of engaging your audience.
The marketing mix will span a range of channels including e-mail, PPC, organic and paid SEO, website, social, video and webinars. This is a newly created role to support further growth and so theres lots of opportunity to make your mark and add value to the business.
The Marketing Executive role will include the following responsibilities:
- To support lead generation through creating and executing an effective marketing strategy.
- To develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, whilst helping to maintain their website and social media channels.
- Undertake research and produce content to improve SEO and website conversions monitoring and evaluating performance.
- Co-ordinate a series of educational webinars.
- Monitor digital channel performances and produce reports and recommendations for areas of improvement.
Applicants interested in the role should ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- 3 years+ commercial experience gained within marketing in a similar role.
- Experience of working within a B2B sector, ideally from a software, fintech, eCommerce, professional services or similar background.
- Degree qualified in a related subject or hold a professional qualification in digital marketing.
- Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress and paid social channels including Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and strong track record of creating compelling and effective integrated campaigns utilising the digital marketing mix.
- Proven experience in the management of CMS, CRM and e-mail automation systems.
- Digital design skills.
