What you will be doing:
TMs are responsible for increasing the total sales value for the team, ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings with the focus being sales growth. Reporting to Ops Manager daily with team stats and updates whilst helping each individual on your team develop into the best version of themselves.
- Manage and motivate a team of 10-12 individuals
- Knowledge of the energy market preferred as well as working in a similar role
- Help maximising sales opportunities within the team while protecting Live/ error rate
- Managing and helping individuals to achieve their goals, Achieve daily run rates, monthly Revenue and KPI targets.
- Manage absence, attendance and performance of team members in line with company policies
- setting your team members targets and providing ongoing coaching and support to help ensure these are achieved.
