Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are provided. This role involves planning and implementing activities, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a nursery setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
