The Role:As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of site operations, including:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the site, including safety, quality, and productivity.
- Supervising and motivating subcontractors and site operatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring progress against program and budget.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues on-site.
- Promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in a similar role within the housebuilding industry.
- A strong understanding of construction practices and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to health and safety.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
