We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable scaffolder to join our team and support the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest safety standards.Key Responsibilities:* Erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolding structures as per project requirements.* Ensuring scaffolding is stable, secure, and compliant with safety regulations.* Assisting with the transportation of scaffolding materials to and from site.* Collaborating with site managers and other construction professionals to ensure smooth operations.* Inspecting scaffolding regularly to ensure it meets all health and safety standards.* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:* Valid scaffolding qualification (e.g., CISRS, National Certificate in Scaffolding).* Previous experience working as a scaffolder in the construction industry.* Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.* Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.* A valid driver's license is a plus.What We Offer:* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunities for career progression and professional development.* A safe and supportive work environment.* Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided.If this is the role for you or you'd like to discuss further then apply now.Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
