The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are currently supporting our industry leading client on their search for a Permanent Site Administrator to join the team as soon as possible. You must come from a Construction/Engineering background to be considered and you may be required to travel overseas to various sites on occasion. The Role you will be Doing;

  • Manage and oversee daily site operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Liaise between project managers, site staff, and contractors to ensure effective communication
  • Monitor site supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination for site activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on site progress and performance.

About You;

  • Previous experience in site administration (construction, engineering, or similar industries is essential)
  • Strong IT skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and document management systems
  • Excellent Organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures is an advantage.
