H & B Recruitment is partnering with a well-known client to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their Residential Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Trainee. Role Description for Conveyancer Trainee:
As a Conveyancing Trainee, you will assist the Residential Conveyancing team with the management of property transactions, gaining hands-on experience with the conveyancing process. You will work closely with experienced conveyancers, learning the intricacies of property law, client interaction, and the legal documentation involved in property transfers.
Key Responsibilities for Conveyancer Trainee:
- Supporting the team with managing residential conveyancing files under supervision.
- Assisting with due diligence processes, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and transfer deeds.
- Conducting property searches with Local Authorities and the Land Registry.
- Keeping the case management system updated with accurate and timely information.
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, and third parties to provide updates and request information.
- Assisting in drafting reports on title and preparing documents for exchange and completion.
- Supporting post-completion tasks, including submitting documents to the Land Registry and preparing completion statements.
Training & Development for Conveyancer Trainee:
- Comprehensive training in residential conveyancing processes and legal compliance.

Requirements for Conveyancer Trainee:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role (desirable but not essential).
