We are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Liaison Officer!

We are working with a dynamic housing association providing homes for over 60,000 people, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our community. If you're passionate about customer care and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Position: Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Houghton-le-Spring
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time

Your Role:
As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the essential link between our valued customers and our dedicated contractors. Your mission? To ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build personalised relationships with customers throughout Planned Investment schemes.
  • Ensure customers receive an outstanding service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
  • Collaborate with contractors to maintain ongoing communication and resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Attend and contribute to consultation events and operational meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to influence and advocate for customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (2007 & 2010) and experience with housing Asset Management Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working with contractors and managing customer relationships.
