The RolePart time Role - 21 Hours per week (flexible)Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a not for profit organisation with their search for a Data Administrator for Gambling Hub Team in Sunderland.The Data Administrator will coordinate the monitoring, review and reporting of service KPI’s, outcomes and outputs in line with commissioned and grant funded servicesAs a member of the Gambling Hub team, the successful candidate will assist the Hub administrator and the Regional Hub Coordinator in the delivery of comprehensive and efficient administrative and data support across all aspects of the Gambling service.Duties:
  • Develop and maintain an organisational contract monitoring plan to effectively map expected contractual milestones, targets and reporting deadlines.
  • Develop a monitoring framework to collect, collate and analyse information, feedback and evidence to ensure compliance with KPI’s, outcomes and compliance targets.
  • Ensure that the voice of our service users and beneficiaries are at the centre of the services being delivered and collate feedback, reviews and case studies to demonstrate impact and outcomes.
  • Assess and mitigate any potential contractual risks, share insights and early warnings to highlight potential areas of non-compliance or under performance.
  • Co-ordinate an organisation/service -wide, collaborative approach to improving outcomes.
  • Create and present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders to support decision making.
  • Produce and present reports, discussion papers, policy guidelines and other relevant materials as required.
  • Manage own workload and activity so that deadlines are achieved Contribute to the building of effective team working
  • Respond flexibly, prioritising a diverse workload, in order to meet the changing demands of the service
The PersonSkills/Attributes:??????
  • Proven experience in data administration, contract compliance, or a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Experience in the use of Management Information Systems or data management software (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools such as Power BI)
  • Experience generating reports and presenting data-driven insights
  • Establishing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Qualifications
  • Good basic standard of education at least 5 C/GCSE’s or equivalent (including Maths and English)
  • Ideally, Business Administration and/or Customer Service Qualification
