Your Role:As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the essential link between our valued customers and our dedicated contractors. Your mission? To ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build personalised relationships with customers throughout Planned Investment schemes.
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
- Collaborate with contractors to maintain ongoing communication and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Attend and contribute to consultation events and operational meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to influence and advocate for customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (2007 & 2010) and experience with housing Asset Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working with contractors and managing customer relationships.
