Retail Events Manager Sunderland
The retail events manager is responsible for overseeing retail operations and coordinating events to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
The role requires a blend of retail management experience, event planning expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
The retail events manager will lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations, meet sales targets, and create memorable customer experiences through well-executed events.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Analyse sales data and monitor performance against KPI's
- Collaborate with marketing operations and external vendors.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping and event experience for customers.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Available for the full contract length
