Our client is looking to recruit several Process Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties: Process Operations:
- General warehouse
- Duties Conducting various process tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and reporting any issues.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace.
Customer Service
- Assisting with customer queries and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and escalating where necessary.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a process operative role or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work staggered shifts: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
