Our client is looking to recruit several Process Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties: Process Operations:
General warehouse
Duties Conducting various process tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
Ensuring products meet quality standards and reporting any issues.
Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace.
Customer Service
Assisting with customer queries and providing accurate information about products and services.
Handling customer complaints with professionalism and escalating where necessary.
Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a process operative role or similar environment.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work staggered shifts: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.
