Our client is looking to recruit several Foreign Exchange Support assistant to join our team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Always providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau
- Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat
- Review and process currency orders
- Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained
- Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
- To conform with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety
- To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect

What experience we are looking for?
- Experience of working in a similar type of service role
- Previous customer service experience
- Proven track record of dealing with people
Shifts and pay: Mon - Fri 09:15am to 17:30pm
Saturdays 09:15am to 17:00pm
Sundays 09:15am to 16:00pm
Weekend working is on a on a rota basis.
£20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience
