Administrator
- Boldon, Tyne and Wear
- Salary: 12.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5pm
- Office based
- Initial 6 month fixed term contract; potential for longer term.
Are you an organised administrator with a head for organisation and an eye for detail?
We're looking for a skilled Administrator to join the HR team of a distribution business in Boldon. You'll be the backbone of the department, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and accurately.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing shared inboxes and directing emails to the right people
- Helping with the recruitment process, from posting jobs to preparing new hire paperwork
- Keeping the HR systems up-to-date and organised
- Supporting the team with the admin behind appraisals, return-to-work processes, and more
- Ensuring all data & information is handled with care & confidentiality
What we're looking to see from you:
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Admin experience within in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A reliable and flexible approach to work to ensure changing deadlines can be met
