Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst. Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + BenefitsA renowned and independent Asbestos Consultancy based in the North East are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Site Analyst. You will be covering Domestic and Commercial sites carrying out the full range of analytical duties in line with HSG 248 guidelines. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to join a forward-thinking company where they can hit the ground running. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Tynemouth, South Shields, Hartlepool, Consett, Gateshead, Durham, Peterlee, Redcar, Darlington, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Barnard Castle, Hexham, Newcastle upon Tyne, Morpeth, Ashington, Peterlee, Middlesbrough. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P403 / P404 is essential to the role. " Extensive hands-on experience working as a site analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines. " Good IT skills, able to use TEAMS /TRACKER systems," Able to communicate efficiently. The Role:" Carrying out leak, smoke, re-occupation, and personal air testing. " Conducting stage 4 clearances. " Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation. " Undertaking visual re-inspections upon completion of work. " Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed, site-specific reports.
