Role responsibilities- Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Preparing accounts for a wide range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff, providing feedback and mentoring
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and build strong relationships
- Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory services and recommendations
- Staying updated on changes in accounting and audit standards to ensure compliance
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes
- Supporting the firm’s business development initiatives where appropriate
