Are you looking for a Monday to Friday role with stability, variety 56 days holiday and the chance to work with the next generation of carpenters?

This organisation are going through an exciting period of growth. They have invested in a brand new state of the art learning facility for the next generation of engineers.

In this role you will inspire, motivate and coach apprentices, monitoring and assessing their progress on every element towards successful timely completion and achievement of the apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and joinery, ideally hold a level 2 or 3 qualification and want to move into an assessor role.

This is a great role for someone from the industry to come off the tools into a job where you will make a real difference to peoples lives/ careers.

The role
*Deliver training and assessment for Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices in Carpentry and Joinery.
*Conduct progress reviews with apprentices and their employers.
*Assess competency elements of the apprenticeship standards.
*Serve as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers.

The person:
*Candidates will hold a qualification in carpentry and joinery
*Wants to move into an trainer assessor based role
