Job: External Stock Condition Surveyor
Location: Sunderland
Rate: 18.50 - 21 PAYE, 25 - 30 Umbrella + 45p mileage and expenses
IR35 status: tbc
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (flexi-time available)
Contract Length: 3 Months
A North East Local Authority have opened up a key opportunity for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor who also has experience with condition surveys of local authority stock.
The Surveyor will be required to create detailed survey's on various residential properties. The surveys will just be external condition surveys, where some occasional validation work might be required. You will use a pre-populated scope of works on a tablet that will be provided for you for the duration of your contract.
Your workload will be managed in a very methodical and logical way, as so day-to-day site travel is kept to a minimum.
About You:
A Surveying Qualification would be advantageous but not essential however a good all round knowledge of Stock Condition Building surveys is essential for the role.
The successful applicant will be to be courteous and have good customer relation's as the work is very customer facing. Experience with excel Spreadsheets being able to update / record information is also essential.
You must have your own vehicle, and be available to start immediately
