We are seeking an experienced Framework Lead to manage multiple high-value water projects for a leading Main Contractor on the Northumbrian Water Framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring targets for safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with HSQ&E regulations.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to align operational and financial objectives.
  • Support bid and business development activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale water, utilities, oil & gas, or major civils projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project programming skills.
  • SMSTS / IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
