4 day week with full-time pay and benefits - no weekend work!
A reputable commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a new Renewals Advisor to join its expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an established client base and focus on renewal policies to a portfolio of existing clients. We’re looking for a motivated and salesy candidate who can manage inbound client requests and potential upsell leads. 4 day week, hybrid working with 3 office days per week. You’ll be responsible for contacting existing clients to gather renewal dates, setting appointments, and renewing commercial insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough client fact-finds
- Securing quotes through online portals and working with underwriters directly
- Presenting pricing options and closing renewals
- Policies range from motor business fleet, public & employers liability
- Full time (4 day week)
Requirements
- The successful candidate needs to live within 45 mins of Sunderland
- Proven experience in an Insurance Renewals/Sales role (commercial lines ideal)
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and insurers
- Excellent IT skills and comfort learning new software
