- Apply your knowledge and experience to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure solutions within D365
- Take ownership of, build, and configure D365.
- Collaborate with the project team to define the development agenda.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders from across the business.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Work with external consultants to build a cohesive solution.
- Identify the business impact of change, considering processes, people, and systems.
- Assist in defining test scripts and support the testing process.
- Ensure training plans and materials align with the new platform.
- 1-2 years of experience with D365 F&O (Functional Consultant role)
- Familiarity with D365 F&O implementations, preferably with a focus on retail processes
- Strong desire to learn and work independently, while also being part of a team
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and business teams
- Retail industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Experience with atleast one D365 F&O module is essential such as: Supply chain, Warehousing, Finance, Retail POS
- Have to be eager to learn, hardworking and be able to work independently
