In this rewarding role, you will help vulnerable individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay or a decline in their well-being. You'll visit clients in their homes, set meaningful goals to promote autonomy, and offer crucial assistance when they need it most-whether it's through home visits or responding to alarm calls for support.

What You'll Do:
  • Support clients in their homes to promote independence and well-being following hospital discharge or a health decline.
  • Respond to alarm calls from individuals in their homes, providing timely and empathetic assistance.
  • Work with each individual to set and achieve personal goals, boosting their confidence and independence.
  • Flexible working hours-choose between days or nights to suit your schedule.
Essential Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License (Essential)
  • A company vehicle is provided for work purposes, so you don't need to use your own car.
