UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a Senior Placement Manager for a growing business based in Sunderland. The successful candidate will join a flourishing company within the young adults and children support sector with growth and developmentopportunities. Our client have already established 4 successful houses in Sunderland.

Job Role:The successful candidate will have experience within social care sector, specifically in roles regarding young adults and children. Using your networking and communication skills you will strive to manage supported accommodation houses which house 5-6 service users and around 15-20 staff in each house. You will be responsible for all compliance, health and safety guidelines according to Ofsted standards and ensuring the service users receive the highest standard of care. Weekend work is required once a month to ensure that support staff are keeping the same standards during the week.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. The company has a great working culture where employees are valued and recognised for their achievements. The business has a flexible approach to work where employee satisfaction is prioritised.

Essential skills/experience required:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care
