  • Previous experience within an HSE Leadership role, within an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable ability to set and deliver a robust safety strategy, with a strong track record of raising standards
  • Well developed communication skills and ability to influence and give confidence
  • Hands-on approach, visible on the shop floor to ensure positive engagement
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ability to implement, audit and manage
  • Strong people management skills
