- Previous experience within an HSE Leadership role, within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable ability to set and deliver a robust safety strategy, with a strong track record of raising standards
- Well developed communication skills and ability to influence and give confidence
- Hands-on approach, visible on the shop floor to ensure positive engagement
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ability to implement, audit and manage
- Strong people management skills
