As a Secondary Daily Supply teacher, you will be stepping into various classrooms, providing support and ensuring that students continue to learn in the absence of their regular teachers. This is a fantastic role for those looking for variety in their teaching career.
Responsibilities as a Secondary Daily Supply:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Work across different subject areas and year groups.
- Follow the school's policies and procedures.
- Provide support to students with their learning needs.
- Maintain good communication with school staff.
Requirements for Secondary Daily Supply:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
