Vision for Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school. This role involves working closely with pupils who have a wide range of social and emotional needs and behaviours that can be challenging. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and experienced team, committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND or SEMH.
  • A passion for education and helping people.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
  • A nurturing and engaging personality.
  • Ability to deal with fact paced situations.
