  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and manage resources.
  • Track and report risks, issues, and project costs.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including risk escalations.
  • Drive technical decision-making and design processes.
  • Support the delivery of technical projects, ensuring cyber risk reduction.
  • Develop business cases for project approvals and oversee delivery.
 Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Lean, or Kanban).
  • Proven ability to manage technical IT project delivery.
  • Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and mediation within Agile frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical processes.
  • Prioritisation and resource management capabilities.
 Desired Skills
  • SAP development or project experience.
  • SCRUM Master certification.
