Recent investment has started a large transformation programme which will include a project to implement Salesforce and the consolidation of a number of business systems into that new platform.  The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to work on the design and build of an IT roadmap, furthering the implementation and use of Saleforce to drive efficiencies into the business. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, where you will work both from the Sunderland head office and from home.Working within an Agile mindset, reporting to the Head of Solutions you will work alongside Product Owners, Developers and Infrastructure. You will collaborate with the Product Owners of the current IT Landscape and Stakeholders to help aid our digital transformation to our Salesforce solution.This is an exciting and rewarding role within a forward-thinking team who are always looking at innovative ways of delivering fantastic solutions within the business and evolving the sector at large.You will be responsible for Solution Design and Architecture. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering business requirements, scalability, integration capabilities, security, and performance. Define technical architecture, data models, and workflows to deliver effective solutions.Act as Salesforce Product Owner; maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other third parties to realise the development needs of the Group and active participation in product road mapping. Prioritise product backlogs based on business objectives and priorities in conjunction with existing Product Owners’ roadmaps.Be at the forefront of Stakeholder Collaboration.
