We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Technician on behalf of a growing business in the construction and social housing sector. As the Senior IT Technician, you'll be responsible for managing a 300-user IT estate. You'll take the lead on providing 2nd and 3rd line support, working with autonomy to drive forward tech initiatives, handle escalated issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly for your non-technical colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you'll be relied upon to keep operations running efficiently in a lively, supportive environment.

Senior IT Technician
Sunderland/Onsite
35,000 - 50,000 (DOE)

Main Responsibilities:

Delivering IT support across a range of hardware, networking, and software issues.
Maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Leading IT projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
Managing the company's Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
Providing deskside support and resolving complex issues as needed.
