The Business:Night Wright are working with a Professional Services business in Tyne & Wear who are looking to expand their Marketing Team with an experienced Communications Lead.The business have been on a growth trajectory and are now at +£100million TO and looking for an individual to seize the opportunity to grow their career in parallel with the company’s growth.This is an opportunity for someone to come into the business and manage events, handle client comms, attend conferences and enjoy some corporate travel to enhance the brand.The Role:•    Lead the development and delivery of the group's messaging strategy, creating impactful brochures, guides, blogs, website copy, video, and audio content tailored to various audience groups.•    Update and support the launch of client propositions, producing high-quality materials, including brochure ware.•    Develop and execute a corporate communication and PR strategy to enhance brand reputation and build public trust.•    Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and external communications, to secure positive coverage.•    Monitor and manage business presence in industry publications and external platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.•    Collaborate with subject matter experts and compliance to produce regular, compliant, and engaging content, with a focus on increasing video output.•    Plan and execute in-person events, achieving high satisfaction scores and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.•    Drive B2C corporate communications and increase social media community followers through targeted content strategies and engagement initiatives.The Person:Seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Communications Manager with 5-10 years of relevant experience to serve as the central hub for all one-to-many communications within the business.Seeking candidates from a Professional Services background.This role requires a proactive self-starter who can conceive, plan, and execute impactful content strategies while ensuring timely delivery.The role will allow an opportunity for you to grow and nurture your career with a rapidly growing business.On-site.
