The Role for Legal Secretary:
- Audio typing
- Scanning documents
- Maintenance of files
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Diary management
- Preparing court bundles
- Reading records
- General administration
Requirements for Legal Secretary:
- Experience in court processing, family sector, personal injury, litigation or clinical negligence is essential
- Strong IT and admin skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Hardworking, diligent, and self-motivated
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable, friendly, and approachable
