07.15 am to 16:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 07.30 am to 12:00 on Friday.

Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your responsibilities will include the below;
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Seek quotes for prices of component parts, services or machines.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Responsible for producing factory lay-out and floorplan using AutoCAD or similar.
- Responsible for maintaining work centres, cost centres and machine capacity available times on ERP.
- Analyse factory output and operator efficiencies to improve output.
- Maintain company standard times for future costing and current efficiency output.
- Identify factory bottlenecks to increase throughput.
- Create, develop and release Standardised Work Instructions.
- Participate in PFMEA, control plan and APQP activities.
Skills & Experience:
To excel as a Manufacturing Engineer, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering role.
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar).
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and standardized working methods.
- A minimum of an HND qualification in a mechanical engineering discipline is highly desirable.
