Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to start work on a new build social housing site in Sunderland. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the site, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and supporting the site team in delivering successful projects.

Start: As soon as Monday

Duration: Ongoing contract

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site administration, including documentation and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, such as deliveries, attendance, and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance by updating logs and ensuring required paperwork is completed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, schedules, and site notices.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing site communications, including emails and calls.
  • Order and maintain stock of site supplies and office essentials.
  • Provide general support to the site manager and project team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
