We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of working with automated machinery to lead our fully automated installation project
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all aspects of the fully automated installation project.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and uphold company policies.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and oversee daily activities on-site to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Address any site-related challenges or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and tool talks, emphasizing automation-specific safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Qualifications:
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Health and Safety certificate.
- Mechanical engineering background or related qualification.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar automated installation or mechanical engineering project.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an emphasis on automated systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Demonstrated experience working with automated machinery.
