We're seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned contracts, from award to final account. You'll manage a team of engineers, surveyors, and support staff, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a Contract Team across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to company systems, regulations, and best practices.
  • Oversee financial management, reporting, and cost control.
  • Manage staff performance, including training and development.
  • Facilitate client communication and ensure project success.
  • Uphold health and safety protocols on assigned projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in mechanical project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC/electrical systems and installation methods.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial management.
