Job Summary:

Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking for a opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We are seeking a part-time teacher to cover Maternity Leave from January 2025 in a KS1 class. Despite working through Education World, working in a long term role gives you the potential to develop as an educator and make a difference in the learning progress of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stage 1.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
Adapt to different teaching styles, curricula, and school settings.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Collaborate with school staff and administrators to meet the educational needs of students.
Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines as provided.
Provide constructive feedback and assessment to support students' progress.The ideal candidate will :

Have Qualified Teacher Status.
Have previous teaching experience is preferred.
Have strong communication and proactive classroom management skills.
Be resilient and able to respond well to feedback.
Have a dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
