To provide safe and effective Occupational Therapy assessments in a community setting at a senior grade. To assess for aids and adaptations in accordance with customers needs in accordance with the Care Act. To liaise and refer with other professionals and services. To provide assessment and advice for moving & handling, including the use of assistive devices, single handed care equipment and to produce manual handling plans. To complete high quality reports. Travel expenses are available for business mileage. Requirements of role: BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy Current HCPC registration Significant experience of working as an Occupational Therapist Current DBS Driving licence and use of a car for business purposes
