Empowering Learning is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a SEN school in Sunderland, specializing in English.
The position is full-time, five days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an immediate start.
Candidates must have a minimum of a degree in any subject and experience in behavior management.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to oversee a classroom effectively.
A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience.

Empowering learning require a Cover Supervisor to work with a SEN school in the Sunderland area with a specialism of English. The role is 5 days a week 8.00 am-16.00 pm. To start ASAP. Small class sizes to support the students.

The school is very focused on supporting students on their learning journey.

Must be confident to over see a classroom
Good communicator and have an English specialism or confident to deliver English.
Good behaviour managementand experience of supporting students with behaviours that challenge
Able to support the students with the work set
Professional at all times
Must be suitably qualified with a minimum of a degree in any subject
Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
