We are looking for an outstanding HR Administrator to join the remote working team of this global Company                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The position is temporary up starting ASAP for a minimum 9 months and possible extension.

The position is paying £14.87 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week so the equivalent of 29K per annum. plus pension 

The role would, ideally suit a CIPD qualified individual who has a good understanding of HR Admin and carried out duties similar to the ones below or an experienced HR Administrator with 2 plus years experience of working within the position.

The role will entail:

Sending out offers of employment incuding contracts and offers

Updating the HR system with new starters and archiving old employees

Assisting with the booking of training and arranging of travel and accomodations.

Arranging employees probation meetings and updating on the HR system

Managing the employee feedback  

Assisting with the wording of advertisements

Sending out rejection mails/invitations to interview and etc.

 

This is a full time, remote working, HR Administrator's role!
