Move on Officer

The move on officer will provide a varied range of duties from identifying rough sleepers and help them sustain future Accommodation with support.

You will work with a collabaration of Internal and External Agencies to help vunerable customers.

Key tasts of this job will include supporting customers, delivering personalised housing plans, make referrals to engage relevant departments and specialists on behalf of customers.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Visit customers withing their accommodation
• Deliver general needs advice
• Provide relevant and accurate information to customers, colleagues and partner organisations monitor own workload to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and oras part of a team to provide solutions in a timley manner.
• Use of MS Office applications such as Word for reports and minutes and Excel for creating and maintaining spread sheets
• Laptop and Mobile Phone Included
