Main duties of the job

  • Manage an independent caseload, incorporating both routine and complex presentations.
  • Deliver evidence-based, person-centered physiotherapy care.
  • Lead on clinical practice improvements and service development projects.
  • Supervise and mentor unqualified staff, newly qualified physiotherapists, and students.
  • Participate in emergency on-call and a 7-day working pattern.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Qualifications: BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and HCPC registration.
  • Experience: Comprehensive post-graduate experience in medicine/surgery and evidence of CPD.
  • Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Attitude: A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic professional with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
