Main duties of the job
- Manage an independent caseload, incorporating both routine and complex presentations.
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centered physiotherapy care.
- Lead on clinical practice improvements and service development projects.
- Supervise and mentor unqualified staff, newly qualified physiotherapists, and students.
- Participate in emergency on-call and a 7-day working pattern.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Qualifications: BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and HCPC registration.
- Experience: Comprehensive post-graduate experience in medicine/surgery and evidence of CPD.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Attitude: A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic professional with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
