  • Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
  • Office based
  • Ensure compliance is up to date and records are amended
  • Manage property contracts including appliance testing when required
  • Manage the maintenance team
  • Manage queries and issues
  • Reviewing and Authorising invoices
You will need:
  • Experience in a similar role for example property management
  • Team Management Experience
  • Good solid organisation and administration skills
  • IT literate and competent in word & Excel
  • A proactive ability to work independently on an individual basis or as part of a team
  • Problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Have a good clear understanding of commercial leases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues internally and externally
