- Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week

- Ensure compliance is up to date and records are amended
- Manage property contracts including appliance testing when required
- Manage the maintenance team
- Manage queries and issues
- Reviewing and Authorising invoices
- Experience in a similar role for example property management
- Team Management Experience
- Good solid organisation and administration skills
- IT literate and competent in word & Excel
- A proactive ability to work independently on an individual basis or as part of a team
- Problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Have a good clear understanding of commercial leases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Liaise effectively with colleagues internally and externally
